Finding a house for us was no easy task, we spent eight months ourselves looking for properties but none of them met what we wanted i.e. location, space, look and feel. Steve found a property for us in eight weeks.

It’s always quite a big decision for anyone putting a major decision like finding a property in someone else’s hands but in hindsight we should have done it eight months earlier, it would have relieved much of the stress and anxiety we had over that period.

Steve’s approach is excellent, he really gets “inside your head” to understand what you want, what your needs are and more importantly what you don’t like. Like everyone we didn’t have a lot of time so the houses that Steve showed us were all houses that we liked and we could seriously make a decision whether it was “the one”. The property that Steve found us would not have come our way if we had of remained searching ourselves. It is a great house and included everything we could have wished in a home.

I would recommend Steve’s services to anyone seriously searching for a home that has no time, wants to make sure that all available property is captured and assessed against your needs and doesn’t want to deal with real estate agents with their own agenda’s.

Good luck house hunting but I doubt you will need it with Steve on board.

Just thought I’d write you a note of thanks now that I have settled into my new home. As you know, my settlement went through smoothly and on time - approximately 7 weeks ago. Dear Stephen,

Investment Property

As we are about to return to Australia to take up residence in our investment property I reflect on the effort that you and your contacts put in to make the purchase possible. In our situation after seeing the display home during a brief holiday in Australia and deciding to purchase we had to return back to PNG, this created a number of practical difficulties caused by the tyranny of distance.

In essence if we had to manage the whole affair from over the horizon we would have missed the opportunity to purchase this high quality residence. This is not to mention the cost of travelling back to Australia to conclude certain aspects of the transaction including a difficult financing situation. To this end Roxanne and I thank you for what was a fantastic display of professionalism and effort which was executed with military precision. Please thank everyone from the lawyer to finance broker who delivered a trouble free outcome for us.

When we look to our next investment property or purchase another home rest assured that we will be calling on you for your professional support. Once again many thanks and we hope to catch up with you in the near future at our house warming.
